Monster High School, vous connaissez ? c'est une école qui réunit les enfants des plus grands monstres de la planète.

Créés par Garrett Sander, Designer Mattel - qui a déjà travaillé sur les Polly Pockets, les Winx ou encore les My Scene -, les 6 premiers personnages d'une longue série sortent des tiroirs de Mattel en juin 2010; il y a Frankie Stein, la fille de Frankenstein, qui a..... 15 jours, comme Draculaura, la fille de Dracula, une jolie vampire de... 1599 ans !!!! Un personnage masculin, Deuce Gorgon, fils de Medusa, sort avec Cleo de Nile, fille de la Momie; à ce quartet s'invite encore Clawdeen Wolf, la fille du Loup-Garou, et Lagoona Blue, la fille du Monstre des Mers.



S'ensuivent rapidement l'inséparable amie de Cleo, Ghoulia Yelps, fille des Zombies, et Holt Hyde, fils de Mr Hyde, DJ totalement extraverti alors que son autre moi Jackson Jekyll, fils du Dr Jeckyll, est un timide de première.

Le frère de Clawdeen, Clawd, ainsi que la petite soeur, Howleen, vont tour-à-tour entrer dans le lycée; la terrible fille du Chat-Garou, Toralei Stripe, avec ses deux copines, les soeurs jumelles Purrsephone et Meowlody, filles de chat-garou aussi, s'attaquent à tout le monde, Nefera de Nile, la grande soeur de Cleo, lui fait de l'ombre et Cupid décroche plus de flèches qu'elle n'a dans son carquois !

Abbey Bominable, la fille du Yéti, qui vient du froid, Spectra Vondergeist, la fille des Fantômes, ou Operetta, la fille du Fantôme de L'Opéra, glacent les couloirs de Monster High.

Gil, le fils du Monstre des Rivières, se noie dans les grands yeux verts de sa petite-amie Lagoona alors que de nouvelles élèves passent les grilles de l'école, Venus Mc Flytrap, la fille des plantes carnivores, Robecca Steam, la fille du Savant Fou et Rochelle Goyle, la fille des Gargouilles.
